It was reported on MacRumors that the new iPhone 4S which was just released last week won’t have 1GB of RAM as initially expected.
With the updated iOS 5 and a new Apple A5 dual-core processor, the updated iPhone won’t be needing a bigger RAM.
Perhaps Apple has a reason why not to upgrade the memory – it can be to save cost, or simply the new processor is really fast enough to handle...
